Makeup Storage!

                   

               

                I'm definitely obsessed with this makeup table from Ikea.  It lets me store all my makeup and it isn't completely cluttered on top.   It's the one thing in my room that must be clean at all times even when the rest of my room is a complete disaster.  I love playing with my makeup all the time, so I'm always making sure that everything is in its proper place.   Before I start talking about everything on it and in it here is the link for the actual table. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10203610/

               First things first yes that is a One Direction trash can and yes I'm obsessed with it. (haha just thought I would get that out of the way!)

             Underneath the glass I slid some paint sample papers just because I thought they looked kinda cute.  I'm planing to get some more next time I'm at the store.

              I was attempting to make one of those cool mason jar cups, but I never got around to it.  No surprise there.  But since I had the mason jar, I filled it with flowers and used it to add some color to my room.  Also I have all my headbands, scrunchies from gymnastics, and bows in this little basket.  Then I had this cute ceramic cupcake so I store the majority of my nail polishes on it.  Then my sister made me this colorful jar that I store little creams in.

                   For my makeup brushes, I cleaned out a clear ice cream container and filled it with glass rocks and stuck my makeup brushes in it.  I love this because all my brushes stick straight up so they are super convenient to get out.

                 A few weeks ago I was at Forever 21 like always and I found this awesome makeup container.  The front is a little cheesy, but it was only like four bucks and it works great for lipsticks, eyeliners, and those mini drugstore palettes.

       

                         When the drawer opens, on one side I have three drawers from one of those mini tower containers. (I hope that makes sense).  In the first one, I store my lip balm, eos, babylips, and Urban Decay primer potion sample.  In the second one, I store all my face products.  I recently picked up the Urban Decay powder foundation and it is the best thing ever.  It has the best coverage, but my face doesn't feel the slightest bit cakey.  In the last drawer, I have all my eye products.  I added to my Colour Pop collection, and I'm in love with all the shades.  Also I picked up the Sephora gel eyeliner, and it is super easy to use and it lasts forever.

                   On the other side, I have my makeup wipes, palettes, and my hair ties and clips.  In the Twix and M&M box I have hair ties and clips.  Then I have Naked 2 and the Anastasia Contour Kit.

                   That is what my lovely makeup table looks like and how I organize everything!:)

Healthy and Delicious Smoothie :)

             

  


             I really obsessed with making smoothies because they are absolutely delicious and their really good for you.  I have been making this smoothie for the past week or so.  It tastes soooo good and all it has are healthy things.  And it is a great breakfast because it has tons of fruit and protein. 

             I used frozen strawberries, frozen blue berries, oats, vanilla Greek yogurt, and milk.  First I will put in one container of vanilla Greek.  

               Next I put a 1/2 cup of blue berries in.  Then I poured in 1 cup of strawberries in.  I put 1/4 cup of oats in.  And lastly put in 1/2 cup of milk in.  

               If you wanted to you could put in a couple of spinach leaves and you wouldn't even taste it. Then I blended it all up.  Now I have an amazing smoothie that is made from all natural ingredients.   

Colour Pop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          My friend recently told me about this awesome website called colourpop.com!  It's this cool makeup store that sells lippie sticks, lip liners, eye shadows, and blushes.  Most of their stuff is only $5!  So I decided to get one eye shadow and one lippie stick. 

          I bought the color cupid in hyper glossy.  I love it!  Its super easy to use because it twists right up and it's slanted.  The color is this really pretty coral pink.  Its pretty pigmented and glides right on my lips.  Also it doesn't dry out my lips which I really like.  Its not as glossy as I expected, but its still shiny.   

          Next I picked up an eye shadow called tea party.  Its super sparkly which I love!  The color is like a light coral.  It stays on really well and I haven't had any fall out problems.  I used a brush to put it on and it was a little thicker than I expected.  But once I got it on the brush it worked well.  Right know I'm using it as a lid color and putting brown in my crease and blending that.  That sparkles stay on well and they blend great with other colors.

          Overall I'm super impressed with Colour Pop!  Besides the makeup being awesome it comes in this adorable box that's purple inside and they send you a handwritten note.  I just ordered some more and when you spend $30 or more you get free shipping which is great.  I'm now completely obsessed with the brand and I'm going to end up broke!  O well it will be worth it......

First Post!!

Ok soooooooooo my name is Jenna and I decided to start a blog mostly about makeup, hair, and fitness stuff!   I really like playing volleyball and trying new makeup techniques and new hairstyles.  I used to do gymnastics and I'm in high school.  Mostly I just like being on the internet so I thought this would be fun! :)
